APS: TEACHER RECRUITMENT

Breaking the mold.

Atlanta Public Schools wanted to attract highly qualified educators to apply for positions within the APS system. So we developed a campaign that targeted educators with a track record of excellence. Being an educator isn't just about teaching the basics. They are leaders, role models, storytellers, friends and so much more. We used these roles with touching images of actual APS students and teachers to create a campaign that inspires and motivates potential candidates to act.
